Job Description

Identify skill gaps and create impactful training programs tailored to business needs and future industry trends.

Develop interactive materials using e-learning, gamification, and digital training platforms.

Conduct hands-on workshops, leadership development programs, and 1:1 coaching to enhance performance.

Ensure new hires transition smoothly through structured onboarding and culture integration programs.

Bachelors Degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in Retail or FMCG.

Strong expertise in learning design, instructional systems (ADDIE model), and training needs analysis.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, and video editing tools (VN, CapCut, Movie Editor) for engaging training content.

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools (Google Meet, Zoom), and AI-driven learning solutions.

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with a people-first approach.

Fluency in English
