Le Montfort Boutique Hotel **** ouvrira ses portes à Haute-Nendaz en Octobre 2026. Pour donner vie à cette nouvelle adresse, nous recherchons des collaborateurs engagés et dynamiques.
Idéalement situé au cœur du domaine des 4 Vallées, notre établissement propose 44 chambres, un restaurant de 120 couverts, un bar, une terrasse, une salle de séminaire ainsi qu'un espace bien-être.

Pour renforcer notre équipe de cuisine, nous recrutons 3 chef(fe) de partie en CDI (taux variable 60-100%), ayant pour missions principales :
- Assurer la préparation et l'envoi des plats sur votre poste
- Garantir la qualité, la présentation et la régularité des assiettes
- Organiser et gérer votre poste de travail en toute autonomie
- Participer à la mise en place, aux commandes et à la bonne gestion des marchandises
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'ensemble de la brigade

- Formation en cuisine ou première expérience en restauration
