Hauptaufgaben
* Zubereitung von kalten und warmen Speisen
* Herausgabe von Gerichten
* Menüplanung und Abstimmung
* Mise en place von kalten und warmen Speisen
* Bestellungen bei Lieferanten
* Warenannahme von Lieferanten
* Alle Mitarbeitenden erledigen gleichberechtigt Abwasch & Reinigungsarbeiten
* Umsetzung der Betriebsstandards
* Einhaltung von HACCP
Qualifikationen
Gesuchtes Profil
* Anerkannte Berufsausbildung als Koch oder Köchin EFZ/EBA
* Erfahrung in der Kantine
* Sehr gutes Organisationstalent
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
* Freundlich, kreativ, belastbar
