### Vos tâches ###
* Planification et préparation d'une alimentation variée, adaptée aux saisons et saine, en intégrant des produits régionaux.
* Restauration et organisation selon le concept nutritionnel
* Responsabilité de la consommation correcte de tous les aliments
* Gestion du budget alimentaire conformément aux règles financières internes
* Responsabilité de la gastronomie lors d'événements, fêtes internes et anniversaires
* Mise en œuvre du concept d'hygiène dans la cuisine et les locaux associés
* Gestion des stocks
* Achat des denrées alimentaires pour l'ensemble de l'établissement
* Tandem et remplacement au service interne
