Baumanagement-Unternehmen sucht Verstärkung für Kosten, Termine und Qualität. Die Bauleitung kommt vom Bau. Übernommen wird die Verantwortung für eigene Bauprojekte -- von der Planung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe.
Aufgaben
* Verantwortung für eigene Bauprojekte
* Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Koordination der Unternehmer
* Direkter Austausch mit Bauherrschaft und Projektpartnern
* Mitwirkung bei wirtschaftlichen Projektoptimierungen
* Begleitung der Projekte von der ersten Kostenschätzung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe
* Perspektive zur Weiterentwicklung als Projektleiter/-in
Profil
* Ausbildung im Bau- oder Architekturbereich (z. B. Zeichner/-in EFZ, Maurer/-in) mit Weiterbildung Bauleiter/-in oder Techniker/-in HF
* Erfahrung auf dem Bau
* Unternehmerisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken
* Freude an Koordination, Verantwortung und Teamarbeit
* Sicher im Umgang mit Bauplus, MS Office und idealerweise Realview
