As a Supervisory Inspections and Compliance Manager,you will perform the following duties: Assessing compliance with federal standards and policies of ICE detention facilities. Establishing guidelines and performance expectations for staff members. Providing oversight for the review and analysis of detention/program inspections and investigations.
Leading long-and short-term strategic planning and conducting risk-based analyses to establish annual inspection schedules, programmatic oversight priorities, and detention processes.
Directing the creation of compliance inspection reports, audit reviews, and data dashboards while collaborating across organizational lines to resolve systemic issues and develop corrective action plans.
Providing expert advice and briefings on detention and programmatic oversight issues, including recommendations for improved processes and procedures.

You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Conducting risk analyses to design, schedule, and execute onsite inspection programs; Leading or supervising teams performing audits or onsite inspections in accordance with federal laws and agency policies and regulations; Leading collaborative problem-solving efforts with internal and external stakeholders to secure long-term, systemic corrective action plans; and Briefing senior leadership on sensitive program findings, vulnerabilities, and achievements Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
