Führung und Betreuung von Festangestellten und Aushilfen

Mithilfe bei der Planung und Durchführung von Anlässen aller Grössen

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung, Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen

Kreative Mitwirkung bei der Angebotsplanung

Mithilfe beim Erstellen von Rezepturen und deren Kalkulation

Vertretung des Küchenchefs bei dessen Abwesenheit

Kontrolle der Einhaltung und Umsetzung der gesetzlichen Hygiene-Vorschriften

**Dein Profil:**

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin/Koch EFZ

Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bankett- und Catering

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Kostenbewusstes Handeln, Belastbarkeit und Kreativität

Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
