Develop and maintain tracking for developmental program requirements including promotions, training, and certifications.

Manage certification levels, and assisting with the compilation and analysis of monthly reports.

Analyze and evaluate program functions and makes recommendations.

Evaluate overall program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Responsible for Intern and Developmental employee program development.

Identify development opportunities and resources to aid in individual development plans.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes(1)managing intern and developmental HR programs; (2) coordinating recruitment and outreach partnerships; and (3) analyzing HR data to support training and employee development initiatives.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Manages and Organizes Information Planning and Evaluating Training Program Evaluation
