You'll join the client's ServiceNow team as its senior developer and business analyst, working day to day with business stakeholders, developers, QA analysts, product owners and platform administrators. Your focus will be the company's Asset Management, Security and Risk capabilities on ServiceNow: HAM, SAM, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, IRM and TPRM.

You'll own requests and enhancements end to end.

That means running discovery sessions and workshops, turning business needs into user stories, specs and process maps, and then designing and building the solution yourself with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, catalog items and REST/SOAP integrations.

You'll also support QA, regression testing, UAT, platform upgrades and releases, and keep technical documentation and runbooks current.

Success in this role means ServiceNow solutions that follow out-of-the-box best practices, respect the client's platform governance and security requirements, and get adopted by the business.
