What We Need

We areseekinga detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Systems Analyst to support the successful implementation and adoption ofa Supplier Collaboration Portalacross our supplier network. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement systems,strong communicationand training skills, and the ability to support both internal stakeholders and external suppliers through a major system transition.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding suppliers to the Ariba Supplier Collaboration Portal, hosting training sessions, developing user documentation, and serving as the primary supplier help desk during the implementation.

You will collaborate closely with our integration partner, internal procurement teams, and suppliers to ensureaccuratesetup, seamless adoption, and compliance with new system processes. This role also supports system testing efforts by drafting use cases, executing UAT, andidentifyingprocess or configuration gaps.

What We Do

The Production Control team manages project-based planning and material execution for complex, customer-specific automation systems. This group oversees material coordination, supply execution, andlogisticsalignment to ensure materials and equipment are available when and where needed to support installation and commissioning.

Production Control works closely with other Supply Chain teams, including Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier partners, to align demand, supply, and execution across large-scale customer projects.

WhatYou’llDo

Coordinate and manage supplier onboarding activities for the Ariba Supplier Collaboration Portal, ensuringtimelycompletion and compliance with onboarding requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and ongoing support during the implementation.

Host supplier training sessions—both virtual and in-person—focused on system navigation, transaction execution, and best practices.

Develop clear and concise training materials, including Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), job aids, process documentation, FAQs, and recorded training content.

Collaborate with the Ariba integration partner to support connectivity, technical setup, and supplier enablement milestones.

Track onboarding progress, escalate issues, and communicate risks or delays to project leadership.

Work with procurement, accounts payable, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure supplier readiness and alignment with internal processes.

Gather and document business requirements related to supplier enablement, data capture, and system workflows.

Draft use cases, test scripts, and processflowsto support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.

Execute UAT activities, document defects,validatefixes, and communicate testing results to project stakeholders.

Identifyprocess gaps or supplier pain points and recommend improvements to enhance portal usability and supplier experience.

Support change management efforts through communication, training, and guidance for both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Whatyou’llneed

Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related fieldrequired.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, business systems support, or similar role.

Experience supporting ERP or procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.) preferred.

Strong communicationand presentation skills, with experience delivering customer or supplier training.

Experience drafting process documentation, use cases, or UAT test scriptsrequired.

Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and process issues.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Ability to analyze and interpret data and metrics to drive process improvements.

Ability to provide critical technical thinking at the team level to triggerappropriate discussionsaround requirements, design, and process challenges that the team may face.

Our Environment

Up to 25%of travel may berequired. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

The employeeis responsible forowning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $87,000.00 - $119,900.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
