Serve as a financial management business systems analyst responsible for the planning, design, adaptation, and installation of standard and mission unique accounting, budgeting, manpower, and strategic planning systems.
Direct appropriation reporting for Large Capital, Small Capital, Columbia River Fish Mitigation (CRFM) and Fish and Wildlife, provide oversight and analysis to identify coding issues, shortfalls, and concerns for the division office.
Evaluate the Enterprise Data Warehouse, DCPDS, CEFMS and P2 automated systems to determine design changes required to implement and integrate the systems.
Provide CEFMS, Standard Query Language (SQL) Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Power BI and query support to district financial analysts.
Build for Future Success: Training, Innovation, and Teaming: Support to NWD RM Team both Division and Regionally (Panels, Teambuilding, Lunch and Learns, Standard Operating Procedures written, and etc.)

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Applying knowledge of financial database systems, software and Automated Data Processing (ADP) policies and procedures in order to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of operations; 2) Applying knowledge of system software to determine the source of failures and define alternate system approaches to solve automation and database problems; and 3) Analyzing financial systems to determine design changes required to implement the systems.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
