We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work alongside a US-based client BA on the Vision product.

This role will partner directly with stakeholders, product teams, and software engineers to transform business needs into well-defined product requirements, leveraging modern AI-assisted and Specification-Driven Development practices.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, asking the right questions to uncover business needs, and translating high-level ideas into actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with a US-based Business Analyst and client stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.

Facilitate remote, client-facing discussions to gather business needs, clarify objectives, and document requirements.

Elicit requirements through effective questioning, active listening, and stakeholder interviews.

Transform loosely defined business requests into structured product specifications, including:

Acceptance Criteria

Business Rules

Partner with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.

Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification activities.

Create and maintain product documentation using Specification-Driven Development practices.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and refinement activities.

Review and validate delivered functionality against documented requirements and acceptance criteria.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Ability to uncover underlying business problems rather than simply documenting requests.

Comfort challenging assumptions and driving clarity.
