As a Management Analyst, you will: Evaluates human resources programs and administrative operations to assess organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with Federal laws, regulations, policies, and agency guidance.

Conducts program reviews, audits, and compliance assessments; identifies deficiencies and recommends or implements corrective actions and process improvements. Analyzes workforce and program data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and prepare analytical reports and recommendations for executive management.

Researches and interprets Federal human resources laws, regulations, and policies to provide technical guidance and authoritative recommendations to management officials.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position.

To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Evaluating human resources programs, administrative processes, and operations to improve effectiveness and ensure compliance with applicable Federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Conducting program reviews, audits, or assessments; identifying deficiencies or areas of noncompliance; and recommending or implementing corrective actions and process improvements.

Analyzing workforce, personnel, or program data to identify trends, evaluate program performance, and prepare reports with findings, recommendations, and supporting documentation for management.

Researching and interpreting Federal human resources laws, regulations, policies, and guidance to provide technical advice and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and employees. The documentation must indicate whether the duties were performed full time or, if part time, the "percentage of times" the other duties were performed. It is expected that this documentation is included in the employee's official personnel record.

In order to receive credit for experience in your resume that is not within the official series and grade level of your official position, you must provide a copy of the appropriate documentation of such experience as indicated above.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through national Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; community; student; social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
