Senior Business Analyst

You will help define and deliver a series of key projects with the team, working with Version 1's clients.

End-to-end project involvement from facilitating workshops through to design and delivery phases.

Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.

Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.

Manage stakeholders across all levels, from C-suite stakeholders through to developers, both internally and with clients.

Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure solutions are ready for release.

Essential Requirements

Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy or Services Provider.

Proven experience producing Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping and associated documentation.

Agile delivery experience within an Agile delivery team.

Digital or Application Modernisation project experience.

Experience reviewing Functional Specification Documents produced by peers to ensure alignment with Business Requirements Specification documents.

Experience defining and designing business solutions on projects of varying scale.

Understanding of technology and IT systems.

Ability to plan and schedule work effectively and work to agreed delivery timelines.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex processes and concepts clearly.

Desirable Requirements

Experience across both large-scale transformation projects and smaller initiatives.

Additional project management experience supporting business analysis activities.
