What you will be doing: - Identifying and managing business requirements by working closely with internal business stakeholders and translating them into technical and functional requirements; - Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, providing feedback on system functionality, usability, and performance. - Working alongside a varied set of technology and business stakeholders, you define and document new business, user, and system requirements - Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance - Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and meet all technical requirements - Organizing workshops/meetings with the participation of businesses to prioritize and package demands You certainly: - Have 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar functional field supporting complex information technology systems - Have experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools - Have analytical ability, demonstrated by being able to quickly grasp and break apart complex and ambiguous concepts into logical, understandable, and sequenced development steps - Have problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to get to the root of an issue.
Using a critical mindset and a creative approach to designing innovative and effective solutions to new and existing problems - Have a capacity to accurately assess and understand the impact of change - Have conflict resolution and negotiation skills - Have excellent oral and written communication skills with a penchant for asking important and relevant questions - Have interpersonal skills, not only to work with colleagues but also to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders - Have a natural curiosity to figure out and learn how things work - Are technically oriented and have a strong attention to detail.
You must understand the product and business logic, data sources and uses, technical limitations, and feature inter-dependencies - Have an ability to quickly learn about new technologies and gain a deep understanding of existing products - Are customer-centric, passionate about delivering great digital products and services - Know English at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level - Already located in the EU or Ukraine and can legally travel abroad if needed You probably: - Have prior experience in the travel industry working on shopping and booking web, mobile, or API technology - Have prior experience in business travel products dealing with content fragmentation and the complexities of multi-source shopping and booking (e.g.
GDS, aggregators, and direct connects) - Have added requirements to JIRA tickets and used Postman to work with an API - Have recently popped open Chrome developer tools to look deeper into a UI problem Who we are We are a tech team of adventurous travelers who were once a part of the Y Combinator alumni GetGoing Inc., founded in 2012 by Harvard, Stanford, and Berkeley graduates.

What we do The product we develop is a B2B booking platform for business trips, which helps users book hotels, flights, cars, and rail. It provides both business travelers and their travel agents with detailed itineraries and the best booking options.
Every day, thousands of business travelers across the world use our software built on modern technology. We use On FE React Native On BE Python 3, DRF, Celery, Gevent, aiohttp, Airflow, PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Terraform, Ansible, StackStorm, Splunk, Docker.
