MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT)

As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT) at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Applying advanced analytic tools and automation - including artificial intelligence, large language models, and other automation capabilities - to organize, evaluate, and derive insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured information; Consolidating complex, ambiguous, and conflicting information into authoritative analyses, assessments, and recommendations for senior military and civilian leaders; Analyzing, recommendations, and evaluations are normally reviewed by management officials for potential influence on broad policy and program objectives and goals; Identifying critical joint issues, assess second- and third-order effects across the enterprise, integrate cross-domain solutions, and devise innovative approaches where established methods do not apply; Creating recommendations based off analysis of real time lessons coming from current combat operations (warfighters on the field), determining which Joint Warfighting Concept (JWC) identified capability requirements correlate with these lessons.

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 13 grade level in the Federal service: Applying advanced analytic tools and automation - including artificial intelligence, large language models, and other automation capabilities - to organize, evaluate, and derive insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured information; Consolidating complex, ambiguous, and conflicting information into authoritative analyses, assessments, and recommendations for senior military and civilian leaders; Analyzing, recommendations, and evaluations are normally reviewed by management officials for potential influence on broad policy and program objectives and goals; Identifying critical joint issues, assess second- and third-order effects across the enterprise, integrate cross-domain solutions, and devise innovative approaches where established methods do not apply; Creating recommendations based off analysis of real time lessons coming from current combat operations (warfighters on the field), determining which Joint Warfighting Concept (JWC) identified capability requirements correlate with these lessons.
