SENIOR ERP BUSINESS ANALYST I - MANUFACTURING & SUPPLY CHAIN

Based on-site at Rocket Lab's Headquarters in Long Beach, CA, the Senior ERP Business Analyst I (SBA-I) is member of a global team responsible for supporting Rocket Lab ERP users and developing ERP supply chain and manufacturing solutions. You will work with other Business Analysts in the US and NZ under the direction of the ERP Team Lead and ERP Manager to help the global supply chain and manufacturing organizations to deliver exceptional performance through effective ERP systems.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

Deliver outstanding support to the global supply chain and manufacturing teams using Rocket Lab LN ERP systems.

Work with existing ERP business & support analysts to design and deploy new ERP solutions and improvements to existing systems to support the growing Rocket Lab Business, manufacturing and supply chain goals.

Develop a deep knowledge of the Rocket Lab ERP systems to allow you to be one of the ERP teams application experts.

Enable the roll out of LN ERP systems across Rocket Lab and support the business in its LN Cloud migration project.

Ensure global ERP and business process standards are maintained, developed, and improved.

Build partnerships with operations, and engineering teams across Rocket Lab.

YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachlelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or computer science.

5+ years proven experience supporting ERP manufacturing and supply chain users operating in hi-tech industries.

5+ years proven business analyst experience designing, developing, and delivering ERP improvements and solutions to support manufacturing and supply chain requirements within hi-tech industries.

THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE

Infor LN or equivalent tier 1 ERP system experience.

Experience as a supply chain professional.

Supply chain professional qualification.

SQL coding experience.

Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense.

This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
