Erstellung von Vorausmassen und Kalkulationen für anspruchsvolle Neu- und Umbauten Erarbeitung von Kostenschätzungen und Kostenvoranschlägen sowie Erstellung von Baubeschrieben Erarbeitung von Grundlagen für die Submissions- und TU-Submissionsphase Analyse von Submissions- und Planungsunterlagen Kostenplanung und Kostensteuerung in allen Teilphasen (insbesondere SIA Phasen 1-3) Anwendung des Kostenmanagements in allen SIA Teilphasen Schnittstellenfunktion bei der Integration von BIM in der Kostenplanung Kommunikation in direktem Kontakt mit der Projekt-/Geschäftsleitung
