Aufgaben
Beratung, Solutioning und Umsetzung von Use\-Cases im Kontext von Voice\-Capabilities auf einer GenAI\-Plattform im Bankenumfeld
Gestaltung der Solution Architektur zur Integration des Telefoniesystems (Genesys) mit der GenAI\-Plattform
Datenaufnahme, Modelltraining, Bereitstellung von APIs/Endpunkten und Integration in die bestehenden IT\-Systeme der Bank
Entwicklung von technischen Standards und Architektur\-Blueprints, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Komponenten (Datenbanken : Amazon RDS, MSSQL, Anwendungen und Plattformen) nahtlos zusammenarbeiten
Sicherstellung der unternehmensweiten sowie regulatorischen Architekturvorgaben
Zusammenarbeit mit Business\- und IT\-Teams, um die Anforderungen der
Fachbereiche zu verstehen und einzubinden
Beobachtung neuer Technologien, Frameworks und Tools im Bereich Künstliche
Intelligenz und maschinelles Lernen
Anforderungen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als AI Engineer bzw. Solution Architekt im AI\-Umfeld
Expertise im Systemdesign und in Integrationsmustern (z. B. Microservices,
ereignisgesteuerte Architekturen, APIs), konkret im Kontext von Genesys, AWS,
Azure und onPrem\-Systemen
Fundierte Kenntnisse von Cloud\-Plattformen (insb. AWS, ggfs. Azure) und Container\-Orchestrierung (z. B. Kubernetes), um skalierbare und resiliente Bereitstellungen zu entwerfen
Erfahrung mit KI gestützter Voice\-/Audioverarbeitung, wie zum Beispiel Integration und Umsetzung von STT (ASR) / TTS
Erfahrung mit Integration von KI\-Lösungen in Systemlandschaften in der Azure Cloud oder OnPrem\-Legacy\-Systeme
Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse
