We seek an AI Developer to join our AI Enablement team and help bring AI solutions to life.

Are you a motivated developer eager to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI technologies? Do you want to grow your skills while contributing to real business impact? We're looking for someone who can support the development of AI-powered tools and workflows - handling implementation tasks, building integrations, and helping maintain our AI infrastructure.

You'll work alongside our Senior AI Solutions Engineer and AI Enablement Lead, learning as you deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop and implement AI-powered features and integrations under guidance from the Senior AI Solutions Engineer.

·Build and maintain connections between AI tools and internal business systems.

·Assist in POC development, testing, and documentation.

·Support the deployment and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.

·Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

·Help manage and optimize our AI infrastructure, including Azure AI services, open-source LLM orchestrators, and self-hosted LLM frontends.

·Contribute to AI governance efforts, including data quality checks and compliance documentation.

·Participate in internal training sessions and support colleagues in adopting AI tools.

·Stay curious and continuously learn about new AI developments and best practices.

Qualifications

·2–4 years of experience in software development, with exposure to AI/ML projects.

·Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar).

·Basic understanding of LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering concepts.

·Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

·Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.

·Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

·Eagerness to learn and grow within the AI space.

Nice to Have

·Experience with Docker, basic DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines.

·Exposure to RAG architectures or vector databases.

·Familiarity with open-source LLM tools and self-hosted AI solutions.

·Interest in business process optimization and automation.

·Background in consulting or industrial environments.
