Provides clerical support and performs routine administrative tasks to assists HR Assistants and HR Specialist. Conducts in-processing briefing and assists in the completion of employment documents. Enters personnel data into an automated personnel data system. Process a variety of personnel requests and actions.

Provides customer service assistance to customers. Provides general information regarding position vacancies, application procedures, etc. Generates personnel reports. Assists applicants with system errors when applying for vacancies. Performs front desk responsibilities, makes copies, scans documents, uploads and files documents.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Experience interpreting and applying NAF HR rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment ofclerical/administrative work; utilizing recruitment tools in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent);advising on routine recruitment strategies; troubleshooting and resolving personnel system and software issues.

Experience inprocessing a variety of personnel actions. Experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, includingPowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).
