Hauptaufgaben

* Führen der Debitorenbuchhaltung

* Zuständig für den Mahn- und Inkasso Bereich

* Führung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Führen und Abstimmen der Bankkonten

* Erstellung der Monats- , Quartals- sowie Jahresabschlüsse im Hauptbuch

* Buchungen von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen

* Erstellen der MwSt-Abrechnungen

* Rückforderung der Verrechnungssteuer

* Administrativen Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung

* Deutsch Muttersprache in Wort & Schrift

* Französisch von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office

* Von Vorteil Abacus Kenntnisse

* interessierte, motivierte und zuverlässige Person
