You will ensure that the organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.

You will train or arrange for the training of team members in methods and techniques of team building and working in teams to accomplish tasks or projects and provide or arrange for specific administrative or technical training.

You will research, learn and apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products.

You will perform and oversee general ledger analysis, monitor account balances, and ensure integrity of financial data through detailed variance analysis and resolution of discrepancies.

You will interpret financial policies and regulations, evaluate existing procedures, and recommend and implement enhancements to strengthen reporting accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Using integrated financial systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Microsoft Office Suite, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) to extract data to support asset valuation and maintain data integrity; 2) Demonstrating experience managing teams to achieve measurable and high-quality outcomes including setting priorities, maintaining controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations/guidance; 3) Analyzing and evaluating accuracy of data for the life cycle of Property Plant and Equipment, and developing timely well-balanced solutions to support asset valuation; 4) Preparing, reviewing, and reconciling capital and non-capital asset records in compliance with established policies and requirements and to support management decisions; and 5) Analyzing accounting data using business tools to identify and provide data-driven metrics to make recommendations.
