Saisie et traitement des factures créanciers (saisie manuelle, boîte mails, suivi des visas)
Gestion des rappels et décomptes créanciers
Mise au paiement des créanciers
Comptabilité générale : mise à jour des banques, suivi des caisses et comptes d’attente
Participation aux procédures de clôture mensuelle
Planification hebdomadaire du cash flow et suivi de trésorerie
Participation au controlling : analyse des clôtures, budgets annuels, prévisions trimestrielles
Suivi des points mensuels des affaires et soutien aux chefs de projets
Diverses tâches administratives
Votre profil
Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité en cours
Maîtrise parfaite de Microsoft Office
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire (dans le secteur de la construction, un atout)
Aisance relationnelle, travail en équipe, excellente communication écrite et orale
Connaissances du logiciel OfficeManager \& Winprogitel (Polylog), un atout
