## Job Description ##
* Selbstständige Bearbeitung der gesamten Kreditorenbuchhaltung
* Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
* Sicherstellung termingerechter Zahlungsabläufe
* Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten und Klärung von Differenzen
* Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und Lieferantenanfragen
* Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
* Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen im Bereich Accounts Payable
* Nutzung und Pflege der relevanten Prozesse in SAP und Coupa
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP
* Praktische Erfahrung mit Coupa
* Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif, Englisch von Vorteil
* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
* Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Hands-on-Mentalität
* Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit
