Aufgaben
-Selbstständige Betreuung der Immobilienbuchhaltung verschiedener Liegenschaften inklusive Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse
- Erstellung von Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
- Führung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Bearbeitung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
- Verantwortung für das Mahn- und Inkassowesen
- Unterstützung bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen rund um Immobilien
Bei dieser Position liegt der Fokus ausschliesslich auf der Immobilienbuchhaltung. Die Betreuung von Mietern sowie Aufgaben wie Wohnungsabnahmen oder die Organisation von Unterhalts- und Reparaturarbeiten gehören nicht zu deinem Tätigkeitsbereich.
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich (z. B. Fachausweis) oder mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Immobilien
- Selbstständige, genaue und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
