ACCOUNTANT ASSSISTANT – AP (50%)

Your Mission

As a member of the Finance team, you will support the accounts payable activities and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Enter, review, and monitor supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
• Support the preparation of supplier payments and monitor payment due dates to optimize cash flow management
• Manage employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and integration into the accounting system
• Ensure accurate accounting allocation of supplier invoices and expense claims within the ERP system
• Participate in accounts payable reconciliations and related control activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and accounting procedures
• Support the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queries
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as required

Your Profile

• Commercial CFC or equivalent qualification
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with an ERP system would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Fluent in French with a good command of English, both written and spoken
