Für unseren Kunden in der Stadt Zürich suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und pflichtbewussten Buchhalter Immobilien (alle). Hierbei handelt es sich um eine direkte Festanstellung, die per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung angetreten werden kann.
Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Liegenschafts-, Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
- Verantwortung für den Zahlungsverkehr sowie das Mahn- und Inkassowesen
- Unterstützung bei der Übernahme neuer Mandate
- Pflege der Stamm- und Objektdaten
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung zwingend
- Erfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr sowie im Mahn- und Inkassowesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Kenntnisse mit GREM von grossem Vorteil
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
