Ihre Tätigkeiten -Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreportings -Durchführung von Budgetplanungen, Forecasts sowie Abweichungsanalysen -Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei finanziellen und strategischen Fragestellungen -Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling-Instrumenten und Prozessen -Analyse von Geschäftskennzahlen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen als Business Partner -Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Finanz- und Controlling-Umfeld

Ihr Profil -Abgeschlossenes EFZ im kaufmännischen Bereich oder abgeschlossenes Studium BWL -Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld -Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B.
SAP) -Analytische Denkweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität -Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise -Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen -Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Französisch oder Deutsch
