Description We’re on the hunt for a fearless Senior Business Development Manager to spread the word about Overwolf ’s innovative platform, champion UGC across the games industry, and build partnerships that drive meaningful business growth.
As our Business Development Captain, you’ll develop a strong pipeline of strategic partners, bring Overwolf ’s technology to more companies across the gaming ecosystem, and turn new opportunities into lasting relationships and business results.

Develop and execute strategic business and go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and key accounts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients and partners while delivering compelling presentations and product demos.
Design, evaluate, and optimize sales campaigns and communication channels.
Represent Overwolf at local conferences and events while supporting regional business needs.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in the games industry.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to generate new opportunities and build relationships with creators, gamers, developers, and game studios.
Avid gamer who actively plays two to three core or hardcore titles.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, with the ability to represent Overwolf effectively in every interaction.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to respect team decisions and contribute constructively toward shared goals.
Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Ability to travel internationally three to four times per year for conferences and industry events.
