En collaboration étroite avec le Chef de cuisine, vous serez responsable du bon déroulement du service et de l’organisation de la salle. Vous veillerez à offrir à notre clientèle un accueil chaleureux et un service professionnel. Vos missions comprendront la coordination de l’équipe de salle, la mise en place du restaurant, la prise de commandes, le service et la facturation. Vous participerez également activement au service et veillerez au maintien d’un cadre accueillant et soigné.
De bonnes connaissances dans le domaine des vins, vous permettant de conseiller notre clientèle, seraient un véritable atout.
