Junior UX Designer (f/m/d)

#### **What you will do:** ####

* Support the design of user-centered digital products and services.

* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.

* Take part in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

* Turn research findings and feedback into clear design improvements.

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, presenting and explaining your design decisions.

* Contribute to our design system and shared UX practices as you take on more ownership.

#### **What you bring & who you are:** ####

* A recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field.

* Experience using Figma or a similar design tool.

* A good understanding of UX and UI design principles.

* Strong communicator with a collaborative, curious mindset and an interest in usability testing.

* Ideally, some hands-on design experience through internships, freelance work or personal projects.

* A portfolio that shows how you approach design problems, not only the final visuals.

You'll join a small UX team working closely with product, technology, and business colleagues across a range of digital products. We value curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful design, and welcome your own ideas.

This is a paid 6-month internship with the possibility of extension and the potential to transition into a full-time role, including additional employee benefits and occasional travel to our Madrid office.
