The posting

3+ years in a role built around synthesis and structured thinking — strategy consulting, an internal strategy/insights function, or a closely comparable background where the core skill was turning large amounts of complex information into a clear recommendation.

Demonstrated hands-on experience building with AI tools — not just using ChatGPT day-to-day, but having actually shipped something (an internal tool, a prototype, a side project) using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or similar. Be ready to show it, not just describe it.

Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Based in Latin America , with the flexibility to work in real time with a team spanning Argentina and Uruguay.

Comfortable working without a fully defined brief. This role is inherently ambiguous at the start — the ability to bring structure to an undefined problem is part of the job, not a gap to fill in later.

Area: Product Experience — sits between product architecture, creative direction, and engineering.

Core function: Decide how the intelligence Growth Signal generates gets experienced by the customer — what's communicated, in what order, and at what level of detail.

Responsibilities

Take AI-assembled insights, reports, and data modules and shape them into a clear narrative — deciding what's the headline, what comes first, and what deserves deeper explanation.

Decide what to leave out. Not every insight needs to be shown; part of the job is protecting the customer from noise.

Design the sequence and structure of customer-facing experiences: reports, dashboards, onboarding flows, and lifecycle communications.

Determine how to build trust in what's being shown — what level of detail, transparency, or explanation makes an insight credible rather than just accurate.

Prototype directly using AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or similar) rather than handing off static specs — you take ideas from concept to something testable yourself.

Partner closely with Nani (product architecture) and Pedro (creative direction) to keep the underlying structure, visual language, and narrative coherent with each other — this is a shared loop, not a solo handoff.

Work directly alongside engineering to test and iterate on real product experiences, not mockups that sit and wait for review.

Help define and evolve a consistent experience language across every Force of Nature product over time.

What this role does not do: own or redesign the underlying product/data architecture (that stays with Nani), or produce static design deliverables disconnected from a working prototype.

This role offers ongoing freelance engagement with a remote-first team in South America. Shortlisted applicants may complete a paid design exercise using a real Force of Nature use case to demonstrate data-to-visual storytelling capabilities.
