There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, and a list of applications that are not AI-native to organise their lives. Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting.
Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.
About the Role
Create beautiful, fast, and intuitive interfaces for A1.
You'll focus on the visual design of our products, ensuring every screen is clear, polished, and easy to use. Working alongside Product Designers and engineers, you'll bring the user experience to life through exceptional interface design.
What You Will Be Doing
Design high-quality user interfaces
Build and maintain UI components and design systems.
Refine layouts, typography, spacing, and visual consistency.
Work closely with product and engineering to deliver pixel-perfect experiences.
Continuously improve the quality of the product interface.
What You Will Need
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design work.
Excellent visual design, typography, and layout skills.
Experience building and maintaining design systems.
Proficiency with Figma.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Interview process
