Proven experience in freight dispatching

Ability to book loads, communicate with brokers, and manage driver schedules

Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing Owner-Operators

Strong customer service skills and professional communication

Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Proficient in logistics software, ELD systems, and load boards

Ability to handle multiple loads simultaneously and prioritize tasks

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry best practices

Ready to start working immediately
