## About Our Client ##

Our client is a well-established international organization based in Geneva. To support an increase in project activity, they are looking to recruit two Associate Editorial Managers on a 6-month Interim Mission

## Job Description ##

Reporting to the Editorial Management team, your responsibilities will include:

* Editing and preparing English-language documents for publication, including alignment with French-language content where required.

* Managing projects through multiple editorial and production stages while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

* Conducting editorial reviews and evaluations of documents throughout the publication lifecycle.

* Providing guidance and editorial support to project teams and stakeholders.

* Assisting in the resolution of editorial and publication-related issues.

* Building strong working relationships with international stakeholders through virtual collaboration.

* Facilitating the smooth progression of projects through the production workflow.

* Supporting and troubleshooting XML-based publishing processes and digital publication tools.

* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to editorial and publishing operations.

## The Successful Applicant ##

Essential Criteria

* Degree in Translation, Languages, Literature, Technical Writing, Research, Publishing or a related field.

* Previous experience in technical editing, publishing, content management, documentation or translation.

* Native-level or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2 mandatory).

* Professional French level (minimum B2).

* Strong Microsoft Word skills.

* Excellent written communication and proofreading abilities.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.

* Comfortable working in a structured and process-driven environment.

Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of XML publishing environments.

* Experience with eXtyles, Typefi, InDesign or similar publishing technologies.

* Previous experience within an international and multicultural organization.

* Familiarity with digital publishing workflows.
