Role Overview We are seeking a Freelance Corporate English Teacher to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful language training sessions tailored to our corporate professionals.

This is a flexible freelance position with compensation based entirely on the hours taught, allowing you to scale your teaching workload up or down based on your availability and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Lesson Design: Plan, prepare, and deliver structured business English lessons.

This includes developing custom materials and activities that actively engage adult learners while respecting diverse cultural backgrounds and individual learning paces. Progress Tracking & Feedback: Monitor student development closely, providing regular, constructive, and actionable feedback to support their professional growth.

Modern Assessment Methodologies: Implement dynamic assessment strategies—including oral evaluations, structured questioning, formative assessments, and self-assessment frameworks—to measure language retention effectively.

Engagement & Motivation: Foster an enthusiastic, immersive learning environment that inspires corporate professionals to maximize their communication potential. Language Advocacy: Promote high standards of English proficiency and drive its adoption as the primary, common language for cross-functional communication within the organization.

Requirements Education & Certification: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or English Literature, OR a valid teaching certification (such as CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL). Language Proficiency: Exceptional spoken and written English, with native or near-native fluency and a clear North American accent (American/Canadian pronunciation).

Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate English teaching, business language training, or professional coaching. Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of current trends, modern frameworks, and best practices in adult language acquisition and communicative teaching methodologies.

Core Competencies: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, high self-awareness, and a dedicated work ethic.
