Current Competitive Service Civilian DoWEA Employee within the Commuting Area Current Excepted Service DoWEA Employee within the Commuting Area Excepted Service Overseas Family Member Appointment Family Member Preference (FMP) for Overseas Employment Military Spouse Preference (MSP) for Overseas Employment Qualification Requirement: To qualify for this Substitute position, you must have a high school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED).
