Primary Teacher in Kreuzlingen

Flying Teachers is seeking a qualified primary teacher for a position at a private school in Kreuzlingen, starting January 2027.

Start date: 4th January, 2027

End date: 29th January, 2027

Subjects: English, Mathematics, Humanities

Language of instruction: English for all subjects

Grades: 4 to 6

Teaching hours: Monday to Wednesday 8:30-12:00 Thursday 10:30-15:00, and Friday 8:30-10:00

Non-teaching / Supervisory hours: 6 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday

Who are we?

Flying Teachers is a private language school that was founded over 25 years ago. We are based in Switzerland, but also have offices in Germany and Hungary. We teach a wide range of languages and offer private tuition for children in mainstream schools. We offer intensive courses for all age groups and work in-house to provide targeted language solutions.

• promote student-centred approaches
• monitor student attendance and progress
• maintain good communication with the office
• a valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to obtain one (required)
• a residence near Kreuzlingen is preferred, but we also welcome applications from qualified candidates based in other cantons in Switzerland or southern Germany who are willing to commute.
