* Durchführung und Betreuung von Migrationen (z. B. Exchange Online)
* Sicherstellung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen (Veeam)
* Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben in der hybriden Umgebung
* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Optimierung der Windows-Systeme
### Profil ###
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Informatiker EFZ) oder Studium im IT-Bereich
* Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von M365-Diensten
* Kenntnisse in hybriden Umgebungen (Windows/Linux)
* Erfahrung mit Backup-Lösungen (Veeam)
* Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
