**IHRE AUFGABEN:**
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs (Client-, Server- und Infrastrukturumgebungen)
- Wartung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit und
Performance
- Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Anwender- und Systemproblemen (2nd/3rd Level Support)
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Client-Umgebung inkl. Hardware, Software und Backup-Lösungen
- Verwaltung und Betrieb mobiler Endgeräte sowie Unterstützung der lokalen IT-nahen Infrastruktur (z. B.
Strom, Klima, Zutritt)
- Installation, Wartung und Betrieb von Client-, produktionsnaher IT sowie Konferenzraum-Equipment
- Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Clients, Peripherie sowie Mitarbeit in
Infrastrukturprojekten (Server/Netzwerk)
- Sicherstellung eines professionellen IT-Supports und Übernahme von Stellvertretungsaufgaben im Team
**WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ (Systemtechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und Support von Client- und Serverumgebungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in komplexen Active Directory-Strukturen (Multi-Domain)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
