System Administrator

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Sevaa’s hosting infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Design & Implement a next-generation DevOps Pipeline to include, standardized configuration, automated testing (security, static code, e2e, accessibility, SEO), automated reporting, infrastructure monitoring & self-healing.

Maintain existing infrastructure delivering managed WordPress & Drupal hosting.

Evaluate current local development environment and implement improvements

Contribute to Documentation Library on infrastructure, internal policies, and procedures.

Infrastructure monitoring evaluation

Ensure documentation of Sevaa Network is accurate and kept up to date

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Self-driven with a growth mindset and a proven track record of self-improvement.

Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Drupal.

Familiarity with Privacy Laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA with an understanding of how to implement compliant solutions.

A deep understanding of performance metrics and techniques to improve them through various methods such as caching, preprocessing images, efficient search engines.
