* Kenntnisse in Netzwerk Technologien wie TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Routing, Switching, VLANs und Firewalls
* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
* Sehr gute Deutsch - und gute Englisch Kenntnisse
* Führerausweis Kategorie B
* Reisebereitschaft in der ganzen Schweiz

* Entgegennehmen und Bearbeiten von Supportanfragen und Störungsmeldungen
* Remote- oder Vor-Ort-Support für klein bis gross Kunden
* Erstellen und Pflegen von Betriebshandbüchern, Anleitungen und Checklisten
* Betreiben und Überwachen von Servern und Netzwerken beim Kunden und in der Cloud
* Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten intern oder beim Kunden vor Ort
* Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Services sowie unseres Cloud-Angebots
