Your responsibilities

1st and 2nd level support for all international locations via phone, email, and ticketing system

User and access management in Active Directory / Azure AD

Setup, installation, and configuration of end devices (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)

In-depth analysis and resolution of complex technical issues

Software packaging and collaboration on IT projects

Your profile

You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification

You have knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies

You demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor

You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner

You have a very good command of German and English

You are willing to take responsibility and actively contribute
