The ideal candidate combines solid technical troubleshooting skills, sound judgment within established processes, and a customer-focused approach, and operates effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

What you'll do

* Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment for end users.

* Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology for executive meetings, leadership reviews, and other high-visibility events.

* Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD in accordance with established security and compliance requirements.

* Support endpoint management and security controls to maintain a secure and compliant computing environment.

* Perform local IT asset lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning.

* Maintain accurate asset records and software licensing information using IT service management and asset management tools.

* Respond to and resolve service requests and technical incidents in a timely manner, escalating more complex issues through established support paths.

* Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.

* Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to support enterprise IT operations and coordinated issue resolution.

* Participate in planned maintenance activities and support occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in enterprise desktop support, IT support, or junior systems administration.

* Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems; exposure to Linux is a plus.

* Basic experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar identity management platforms.

* Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.

* Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar platforms.

* Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

* Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
