The Senior Buyer, Dealer Representative partners with automotive dealerships to deliver financing solutions that help customers move forward. This role combines relationship management, credit decision-making, negotiation, and business development in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role comes from building strong partnerships, communicating effectively, making confident decisions, and delivering solutions that create value for both customers and dealership partners.

In the Role

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners in an assigned market

Communicate regularly with dealerships to provide exceptional service and identify opportunities for growth

Review and evaluate financing applications, making sound credit decisions within established guidelines

Negotiate and secure approved business while delivering a positive partner experience

Analyze customer credit and financial information to assess creditworthiness and identify potential fraud risks

Ensure compliance with all company policies, underwriting standards, and applicable regulations

Utilize performance metrics and market insights to improve results and drive business growth

Collaborate with internal teams and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence in making decisions and exercising sound judgment

Ability to build rapport quickly and influence positive outcomes

Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset

Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, financial services, banking, automotive, or other customer-facing roles

Experience building and maintaining business partnerships

Experience using data, metrics, or business insights to drive results

Location: On site in Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 6a-8p AZ time (7a-9p Daylight Savings time). The schedule is for 40 hours per week within hours of operation, which includes every other Saturday.
