The posting
This is NOT an entry-level role.
We are only considering experienced eCommerce performance marketers who have managed large product catalogs and high monthly ad spend.
Help scale brands. Own performance. Drive real revenue.
GTE is a fast-growing global eCommerce company where great ideas don’t sit in slides — they turn into real, measurable growth. We build and scale online brands across international markets, and our team members take real ownership, grow fast, and help shape the future of the company.
We’re now looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to help take our main revenue channel to the next level.
⚠️ Please Do NOT Apply If
You have never managed $300K+ per month in Google Ads spend
You have not handled Google Shopping for 10,000+ SKUs
Your experience is mostly lead gen or small-budget accounts
You rely on basic campaign setups without deep feed optimization
You are not comfortable being accountable for revenue performance
We respect your time — and ours.
Why This Role Is Critical
This role plays a meaningful part in the growth of the company 💯
As a Google Ads Media Buyer, you’ll directly contribute to improving the performance of our Google Ads channel, which drives around 90% of our total revenue, while developing your skills in a performance-driven environment. You’ll help elevate our campaign structure, strategy, and overall account performance, ensuring our ad spend translates into scalable and profitable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to fully own the performance of an account, build systems that improve efficiency, and drive measurable business impact.
What You’ll Own & Build
In this role, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics:
Developing and implementing a new or improved Google Ads strategy
Restructuring and optimizing Google Shopping and PMAX campaigns for better scalability and efficiency
Driving measurable performance improvements that result in a 20%+ increase in revenue from Google Ads
Taking full ownership of Google Ads accounts, including campaign structure, bidding strategy, and feed optimization
Building automation systems, scripts, or workflows that improve campaign efficiency and reduce manual work
Using data insights to continuously refine bidding strategies, segmentation, and feed performance
We’re excited to work with someone who
Has 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce
Has direct experience managing large Google Shopping accounts (10,000+ products)
Has personally managed Google Ads accounts end-to-end , including strategy, optimization, and performance analysis
Has experience handling high-budget campaigns ($300K+ monthly ad spend)
Is comfortable owning and managing accounts independently (excluding creative production)
Has experience building or implementing automations (scripts, feed rules, automation workflows, or similar tools)
Has strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
Ideally has experience with Google CSS Labelizer
Thinks analytically, enjoys testing and optimizing campaigns, and is comfortable being accountable for revenue impact
⚠️ Only apply if you meet the above requirements. We’re building a high-performance team, and this role requires proven experience with large-scale eCommerce campaigns.
Hiring Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete a 19-minute Google Ads knowledge assessment to validate hands-on expertise before moving to the HR interview.
Ready to Make an Impact?
If you’re someone who loves ownership, thrives on measurable results, and wants your work to matter, we want to hear from you.
