**Purpose**

As part of the operational Indirect Purchasing team, you support Category Management and internal stakeholders in ensuring efficient procurement of services and IT-related needs. Your focus is on quality, cost, delivery performance and excellent internal customer service. This role is business-critical for smooth daily operations and for achieving IDMS savings and performance targets.

**Your Responsibilities**

* Lead RFQs, manage quotation processes and support price clarifications

* Support negotiations in collaboration with Category Management

* Create, manage and track purchase orders for services and IT categories

* Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships

* Assess potential new suppliers and contribute to supplier evaluations

* Maintain accurate article and supplier master data in the ERP system

* Take ownership of a defined operational procurement scope

* Contribute to improving processes along the entire Source-to-Pay cycle

**Your Profile**

* Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field (equivalent practical experience also valued)

* Procurement certifications (e.g., Procurement Specialist) are an advantage

* A few years of experience in operational procurement, ideally in services and/or IT

* Proven experience working in a structured, corporate environment

* Strong ERP skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics / D365 is an asset

* Solid understanding of processes and enjoyment in working in a structured, organized way

* Confident communication skills and strong stakeholder-management capability

* Analytical, solution-driven and proactive working style

* Fluent English; good German skills strongly preferred
