Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, forecasting and procurement activities related to customers and products under your responsibilities.
  • You will serve as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the planning process.
  • Acting as a proactive business partner, you will execute management decisions, planning process. Acting as a proactive business partner, you will execute management decisions, adjust supply plan, and provide insightful recommendations based on demand adjustments.
  • Operating in a very dynamic and fast-changing environment, your role is crucial in anticipating demand, replying to the high flexibility requested by our markets, minimizing risks, and supporting continuous business improvement.

In addition, you will

  • Translate demand forecast into supply and capacity plan
  • Lead the procurement of your commodities by optimizing inventory levels and costs
  • Strong follow up of the suppliers’ orders, including escalations
  • Issue, explain and communicate the suppliers’ forecasts
  • Coordinate production planning and suppliers’ deliveries to meet the flexible customer’s demand.
  • Lead inventory targets (including safety stock strategy), reporting, propose solutions, and communicate it
  • Ensure that the reporting is done on time and quality

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • 5 years' experience in a planning or procurement positions
  • Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems – supply chain modules
  • English and French advanced level
