Supply Chain Automation Intern

Key Responsibilities

Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement

Maintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24/48h

Entry, confirmation, and management of purchase orders

Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levels

Identify bottlenecks in daily operations

Design, prototype, and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications

Graduate ( graduated within the last 6 months ) or currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field of study.

Strong interest in business process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, VBA/Macros, Python, or SQL)

Basic knowledge of SAP is an asset

Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated processes

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
